Days Of Tafree makes B-Town nostalgic
The
upcoming film Days Of Tafree, which
revolves around seven friends (Yash Soni, Ansh Bagri, Sanchay Goswami,
Sarabjeet Bindra, Nimisha Mehta, Kinjal Rajpriya and Anuradha Mukherjee) and
traces their journey from their college days to life beyond, has prompted
people from Bollywood to reminisce about their carefree days. The campus caper,
directed by Krishnadev Yagnik, exudes a youthful vibe. Here's what Bollywood
celebs have to say .
RAKESH ROSHAN:
This film
brings back memories of my days in Sainik Boarding School, Satara. Though
discipline was paramount, we would always be up to some mischief. We often
stole mangoes from the fields near our campus and even got busted once.
JEETENDRA:
My
earliest memory of tafreegiri was when I was in St Sebastian's Goan High
School. Later, when I joined Siddharth College, I'd hang out with friends. We
didn't know what life had in store and frankly , we didn't care.
SAJID NADIADWALA:
I studied
a Don Bosco School, which was known for its discipline. Despite that, I did
some crazy stuff with my friends Though college was fun, I also focused on my
studies.
SHAAN:
My school
friends and I had formed a group called The Priests. We would meet every
evening at Band stand and do full-on timepass. We have stayed in touch till
date.
ANU MALIK:
Tafreegiri
is all abou exploring the child within you. I have stayed connected with some
of my clos est friends. I'm glad I've retained my ability to laugh. My
tafreegiri also re flects in some of my compositions.
Days Of
Tafree, produced by Anand Pandit Motion Pictures and Rashmi Sharma Films,
releases on Sep tember 23.
